Festive Ordering 2025

The festive season is approaching, and we want to make sure your gifts arrive in plenty of time for Christmas! Below is everything you need to know about our holiday cut-off dates for both clothing and handcrafted woodwork.

Embroidered Clothing (made by Ray)

Ray will be on holiday from late November to mid-December, so our Christmas timelines look a little different this year.

Here’s how it works:

• Order by November 20th
  Guaranteed to be made and shipped before Ray goes on holiday, and delivered in November.
• Orders placed between Nov 20th – Dec 11th
  These will be made once Ray returns from holiday. They will not be shipped until after December 11th.
• Final Christmas Guarantee: December 15th
  Clothing orders placed on or before December 15th will be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

If you’re gifting something embroidered, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible!

Graphic Print Clothing (not affected by Ray’s holiday)

If you’re ordering any of our graphic print items (the ones that are printed rather than embroidered), good news: these aren’t affected by Ray’s holiday and will continue to be produced as normal.

• Order by December 15th
  All graphic print clothing placed on or before this date is guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Printed items are produced quickly, but December always gets busy, so ordering early is still the best way to ensure your gifts arrive on time.

Handmade Woodwork (by Paul)

Paul’s holiday schedule is different, so woodwork has its own Christmas cut-off date:

• Order by December 8th
  All woodwork orders placed on or before this date are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

After that date, we’ll still be making and shipping items and we'll do our best, but we can’t promise they’ll reach you by the 25th.
