Earning rewards with Rewild at Heart is a breeze! Create an account, place an order, and watch your Wild Bucks grow.

How it Works:

  • Step 1: Create an Account

    Sign up with us by filling out your details [here]. You’ll even earn points just for signing up! If you already have an account, simply log in.

  • Step 2: Earn Points

    While signed in, you earn Wild Bucks with every order you place at Rewild at Heart. You can also earn points in other ways like following us on social media.

  • Step 3: Redeem Your Points

    Click the "Rewards" icon at the bottom-left of any page on our website. On desktop, it says "Rewards", but on mobile, it's a shopping bag with a heart icon.

Where can I spend points?

Wild Bucks can be spent on rewildatheart.com for discounts on our entire product range.

How do I earn points?

There are three main ways to earn rewards points:

  • Sign up: Get 200 points just for creating an account!
  • Place an order: Earn 5 points for every pound you spend.
  • Celebrate a birthday: Receive 400 points on your birthday (don’t forget to add your birthday to your account!).

How do I redeem points?

Use the "Rewards Program" button at the bottom-left of the screen to redeem vouchers. You’ll receive a unique code to use at checkout for discounts. Note that only one code can be used at a time, but rewards points can be redeemed during our Double or Triple Points Weekends.

How do I find out about Bonus Point Weekends?

Sign up for our [newsletter] to be the first to know about Double or Triple Points Weekends, new lines, and other great offers.

I’ve made an order, but can’t see my Rewards Points in my account?

If you ordered before signing up or while not logged in, your points may not appear. Contact our customer service team via our [contact page] with your email address and order number, and we’ll add the points for you.
