Embroidered Items by Ray

Our embroidered products, including beanies, tote bags, and other stitched designs, are carefully stitched by our chief threadmonger, Ray. These items require different preparation times depending on the product.

  • Production Time: Beanies and tote bags are usually kept in stock and can often be sent out quite quickly. However, other embroidered products are ordered up from our supplier, so may take a little longer to prepare. Please allow up to about one week for embroidered items to be ready for dispatch.
  • Shipping Time: Once your embroidered item has arrived and been stitched, it will be shipped the next working day. If your order has taken more than a few days, we'll send it out on a Tracked 24 hour service for you!

Apparel & Accessories

Our apparel is made-to-order, ensuring that we minimise waste and only produce what you need. We’ve partnered with an industry leader in sustainable fashion, to fulfil our print-on-demand orders promptly.

  • Production Time: Each garment is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Once printed, your order will be dispatched and should reach you within 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders may take a bit longer, usually 7-14 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Partners: We use reliable and eco-friendly shipping partners to ensure your items are delivered swiftly and sustainably.

Handcrafted Woodwork Items

Our range of bird houses, bat boxes, bug hotels, and other woodwork items are handcrafted to order by our skilled artisan Paul. These bespoke pieces require a bit more time and care to create.

  • Production Time: Each woodwork item is made to order, with a typical production time of 7-10 business days. This ensures that your item is crafted with the utmost attention to detail and quality.
  • Shipping Time: Once your item is ready, it will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days for UK orders.
  • Shipping Partners: We use environmentally conscious shipping providers to deliver your handcrafted items safely and sustainably.

Important Information

  • Packaging: All our products are packaged in eco-friendly materials. Our apparel is sent in paper-based mailer bags or recycled materials, and our woodwork items are securely packaged using recyclable materials.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
  • Returns and Exchanges: We stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.
