Not only do the products from this store have great quality and look outstanding, but they have some of, if not the, best customer service I've experienced. There was a little mixup with the order I received, and after addressing the problem I got a rapid reply with great communication, and the issue was solved within the day at no extra cost. Which was definitely a great surprise! I also recieved a thank you note with an extra embroidered badge as an apology, which I really appreciate. Would 100% recommend purchasing from this website.
The embroidered fallow deer portrait looks amazing, and the bag has great quality! It also has ample storage space, with one large double-zipper pocket on the front containing two smaller pouches inside, as well as a zipper pouch within the main bag. Great for many outdoor activities, or if you just want to wear something snazzy!

Beautiful embroidery and so many to choose from! Blue medium fits perfectly on a normal size 14 lady, and is a good length. Washes well, and is soft to wear. The order came in a few days. Would recommend.
